  • 1 tbspbessan
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1/2red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgram masala
  • 1 tspjeera, mathi Dana, heeng
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupmethi
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 1 tspginger, green chilli paste
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Methi ko saaf karke doh kar barik kaat le.

  2. 2

    Ak bowl mein bessan or curd, salt daal kar ache se mix kar le.

  3. 3

    Ak karai mein oil daal kar gram Karein phir usme jeera, heeng, mathi Dana daal kar sauté Karein.

  4. 4

    Ab ginger or green chilli paste daal kar sauté Karein or haldi, red chilli powder bi daal kar mix Karein.

  5. 5

    Ab mutter or methi daal kar 4/5 min ko sauté Karein.

  6. 6

    1 gilaas pani daal kar ak boil lagaye. Phir dahi or bessan voila ghol daal kar lagataar calate rahein.

  7. 7

    Jab tak ak boil na ajae. Phir gas’s medium flame par karke pakaye.

  8. 8

    Jab kadhi pakh kar Gari na ho jae.

  9. 9

    Ab usme gram masala daal kar gas band kar de.

  10. 10

    Gram gram kadhi ka maja le.
