prepare the jelly according to pack, and allow to cool.

pour cooled jelly in bottom of a large glass dish. refrigerated until set

place one sponge cake half on to set jelly then top with peaches and pour on custard.

top with mixed fruit, as desired and leave covered in fridge over night to allow sponge to soak before serving.
