Recipe :
Take oil on a pan and add ginger and garlic to it and saute for sometime.

When garlic is golden brown then add red chilli powder, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt and cook for some time.

Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on potato slices. Soak boondi in water and then dry it. Put potatoes and boondi in the puri then add the cooked mixture and schezwan sauce.

Then add dahi, chat masala and sev. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve it.
