Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  1. 1/2 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupMakki ki flour
  3. 1/2 cupRice flour
  4. 1 tbspOats flour
  5. 1 tbspSemolina (sooji)
  6. 1 tbspBesan
  7. Finely chopped winter veggies you like
  8. 1/2 tspchopped green chilli
  9. 1 tspchopped Ginger
  10. 1 tbspchopped Onion
  11. 1 tbspchopped tomatoes
  12. 2 tspfinely chopped coriander, pudina and curry leaves
  13. 1/2 cupyoghurt (dahi)
  14. 1 tspCumin seeds
  15. 1/2 tspNigella seeds (kala jeera)
  16. 1/2 tspCarom seeds (Ajwain)
  17. 1 tspChat masala
  18. 1/3 tspblack salt
  19. 1/3black pepper power
  20. 1 tspsugar
  21. to tasteSalt
  22. Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients (except cooking oil) to make a batter not so thick or not so thin.

    Take a nonstick pan. Heat and smear with oil. Spread 2 ladles of batter and spread evenly.

    Keep the flame in low medium and cook the Chilla covered for 2 mins.

    Now flip the other and cook till done.

  5. 5

    Yummy Chilla are ready. Serve hot with accompanied side dish of your choice or savour as such.
