  • 2 cupAll purpose flour /maida
  • 1 cupSooji
  • one and half cupPowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupHot water
  • 1/4 cupClarified butter / ghee
  • 1/4 cupGreen cardamom
  • 2 cupOil - for fryingAll purpose flour /maida

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add warm water in sugar powder and let it put for sometime.

  2. 2

    Sugar will disolve in water.

  3. 3

    When sugar disolved add sooji and all purpose flour in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Now add melted clarified butter in it.

  5. 5

    With the help of sugar water we will make a dough.

  6. 6

    Dough should be hard.

  7. 7

    Keep aside for 30 mins.

  8. 8

    Make a thick round chapati from dough and cut in desired shape.

  9. 9

    Make all para and put them in room temperature for 30 mins.

  10. 10

    Now heat oil in a pan.

  11. 11

    Oil should not be too hot.

  12. 12

    Fry all para in small batches on medium flame.
