Ingredients

  • 2 cupmoong dal with skin soaked
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 pinchastofida
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 2 tspdry mango powder
  • 4chopped green chilli
  • 1 tspchopped ginger
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 cuphung curd
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the dal and clean the skin,blend the dal with ginger,garlic,make a smooth paste.
    add salt,red chilli,cumin powder,dry mango powder and astofida in dal puree mix it
    heat a non-stick pan cook it with string continuously.
    cool the mixture and add cornflour make a soft dough with the mixture,
    cool and make square and roll it on a plastic sheet.

    Heat the non-stick pan and roast it golden.
    garnish with dip and coriander leaves...
