Combine water, yeast ,sugar,salt and oil in a mixing bowl

Stir until sugar, yeast and salt are desolved

Add 3 cups of four and beat on medium speed until dough becomes sticky. Add remaining flour and beat until the dough forms a ball

Knead the dough a lot. The more u knead the dough the better bread you will get

Put dough in greased bowl and let rise for one hour or until doubled
- 6
Punch dough down and shape into loaves, let rise again for another hour
- 7
Bake for 25 to 30 min in 350° oven
- 8
Part way through your bake time brush top of bread with melted butter and garlic. Sprinkle top with italian seasoning. Finish baking
