1large carrot
1small cucumber
1small capsicum(green, yellow, red)
1 tbspoil
to tasteSalt
1/4 cupdania

Boil 1/2 litre of water. Add in salt and oil.

Cut the vegetables into small cubicles and add to water.

Then add in rice and cover well until rice is well cooked.

Serve.
