  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • halfglass lemo juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Clean the chicken well.coat the chicken in yhe lemon mix and leave for a few minutes

  3. 3

    When the jiko is hot place the chicken on the wire mesh and roast slowly till ready

  4. 4

    Serve hot
