Take a kadayi add ghee..zeera..wait till splutter now add onion paste..bhuno for 5 min.

Now add ginger garlic paste and again bhuno for 5-6 min. Or till golden brown

Now add tomato puree and all the msalas. Bhuno till oil gets sperate.. add malayi.. add danthal..little water

Simmer for 15-20 min.. serve with boiled rice with kacha pyaaz..
