Steps

Heat a pan, add butter and Cumin seeds, ginger asafoetida and green chillies saute for a min

Add big chunks of onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Black Pepper Powder, and salt, then give a mix.

Cook in high flame and cover for 2 minutes. And then recheck.

Add Malai and give a mix, and stir continuosly. Till it leave ghee at edges of wok.

Add kasuri methi by rubbing in-between palms. Give a mix.

Lower the flame, add sugar, garam masala powder.

Serve hot with any kind of bread or rice.
