Combine cabbage carrot salt pepper conflour and maid in a bowl and mix well

Add green chillies and garlic

Shape each portion of the dough into small balls

Deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown

Heat oil in a pan till it smokes

Add ginger garlic green chillies and sauté on a high flame for few seconds

Add conflour water mixture 1cup of water and soya sauce mix well

Add salt and sugar and chilli garlic sauce

Just before serving add the Manchurian ballz mix gently and cook for 2 minutes

Garnish with spring onion greens

Serve hot and relish it's taste
