Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmeat
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1onion
  4. 2large tomatoes
  5. 1small hoho
  6. Parsely for ganishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the minced meat with 1 tbsp of oil and a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Boil for 15 minutes. then prepare the tomatoes and onions and hoho.

  3. 3

    Put oil in a separate pan and heat, add in diced onions and fry until lightlt brown.

  4. 4

    Add in hoho and stir until the hoho seeds start to spark.

  5. 5

    Then add in chopped tomatoes. Stir until soft. Add in salt.

  6. 6

    Then add in the boiled minced meat. Stir really well.

  7. 7

    Add in royco and stir.

  8. 8

    Add in about. 20 mls of water and allow to cook for 2 minutes

  9. 9

    Serve best with rice.
