Palak, bathua, aur sarso ko saaf kar ke cut karein then acche se wash kar ke salt ke sath boil kar le

Then blender se thoda blend kar le but pyra paste nahi banayein

Then kadai me deshi ghee gram karein then add hing jeera then add ginger paste then add onion fry then add hari mirch and tomato fry then palak sarso ka saag

And add all masale (haldi, dhaniya powder, lal mirch, jaruraf anusar salt)

Add according gravy water ache se mix karein

Then 1 katori pani me 1 spn makke ke aatte ko ghol ke saag me mix kar ke acche se chalaye 5 min paka ke butter ke sath serve

Makke ke aate me salt mix karein ke dough banayein then loi le kar roti bel ke sek le then butter lagake serve
