This rice pudding is the classic version. It won't turn out completely creamy like other recipes that use cornstarch or custard powder.

Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over high heat.

Add all the ingredients and stir.

When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low (if your stove goes up to 9, set it to 3).

Cover with a lid and stir occasionally.

After 40 minutes, it will be ready. Remove the orange peels and divide the rice pudding into small bowls.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and let them cool slightly.

Refrigerate. They will be ready to enjoy the next day.
