Preheat oven to 200 C/gas mark 6

Heat oil in pan, add onions, garlic and mince - cook and stir until mince is browned.

Add carrots, puree, stock, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning - stir, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until carrots are soft.

While cooking the filling, boil the potatoes and mash with butter and cheese.

Spoon mix into an oven proof dish and top with the mash, sprinkle with any remaining cheese.

Bake the pie uncovered for 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on top.
