1 eachegg
1 tbspfish sauce
1 tbspsugar
300 gramsspinach mackerel - minced
350 mlinstant coconut cream
4 eachkaffir lime leafs - sliced finely
1 cupcabbage - cooked and shreded
1 cupsweet basil leafs - cooked

add the curry paste to coconut cream in mixing bowl a little at the time

add the fish and stir well,break an egg and season with fish sauce

place cabbage and sweet basil in a ceramic mould,put the mixed curry in a ceramic mould.

bring to steam about 10 - 13 minutes in high flames

remove from the steamer and garnish
