Ingredients

30minutes
3 servings
  1. 20nos soya chunks (soaked for 30minutes)
  2. 1yellow and 1 red bell pepper dized
  3. 1medium size onion sliced
  4. 1 teaspoongarib chopped
  5. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  6. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  7. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  11. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  12. to tastesalt
  13. 3 tablespoonscooking oil
  14. 1 teaspoonsesame seeds for garnishing

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in wok add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic and ginger paste and saute till ginger fry and seeds crackle.

    Add onion and saute till it turn pink.

  3. 3

    Add red and yellow bell pepper and saute for 3minutes on medium flame.

  4. 4

    Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, soy sauce and vinegar add little water and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Take soya chunks and remove excess water and then add it in mixture and mix well, cover the lid and cook it on low flame for 5minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot in plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
