In a non stick pan melt sugar in low flame

When sugar melts, add butter mix nicely

Add cream and mix well stir continuously

Now add 1/4 cup cond milk stir for 2-3 minutes, add water

When mixture starts boiling switch off the gas and let it cool

In a bowl seive twice maida and baking powder

Grease a cake tin dust well with dry maida

Pre heat the microwave on convection mode at 180°C

Add maida mixture to milk mixture gradually, mix well now add remaining 1/4 cup cond milk to the mixture, mix well

In a small bowl take lemon juice add baking soda to it,when bubble comes out pour this to the batter

Pour the batter in the cake tin keep some cherries on the top

Tap the tin and bake at 180°C for 30- 35 minutes
