To prepare rice mixture; in a bowl mash the boiled rice.

Chop boiled corn and add to the rice mixture.
Now add chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, grated paneer, breadcrumbs and mix well. - 3
To prepare salsa sauce in a bowl add chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, and mix well. and add to the bowl. Further add lemon juice, salt, crushed black pepper and keep it aside.

In a bowl add refined flour, salt, crushed black pepper, red chilli powder, water and prepare batter.
Make balls out of the rice mixture and dust refined flour on it.
Put the prepared balls in the batter and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the prepared croquets in hot oil until golden brown and remove them on a tissue paper. - 5
Serve salsa sauce in a bowl.
