1 kgGizzard
1small onion
1small green pepper
1table spoon
1 table spoonrajah
2 cupswater
2 clovegarlic
4table spoons oil
1chicken knorrox
1tomato

Boil your your gizzard for about 45 minute

In separate pot fry onion add all your spices

And glove garlic fry together with onion till it's tender

Then add your soft gizzard to there fried mixture

Then add tomato then tell simmer until it's cook
