Ingredients

  • 350 gramsliced beef
  • 1ts black pepper
  • 1/2ts salt
  • 1/2ts curry powder
  • 1/2ts corn starch
  • 3 TBcooking oil
  • 2 piecesgrated garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the oil on a pan

  2. 2

    When hot fry the meat on both sides for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven 250 degrees Celsius

  4. 4

    Remove meat from pan, place in an Aluminium foil

  5. 5

    Grate the garlic over it

  6. 6

    Bake for 30 mins till tender

  7. 7

    Serve with chips
