Mix sugar and butter until fluffy

Whisk egg in a bowl and add gradually to the mixture

Sieve flour in a bowl,add baking powder,baking soda

Add cocoa powder and cinnamon to the dry mixture

Add the dry mixture to the egg and butter mixture

Add the Bailey's cream

Grease your pan with butter or oil

Pour in the batter and put in medium heat oven
