Steps

Peel and cut the potato into jardiniere shapes put into cold water do prevent discolouring

Boil water put some amount of salt and few drops of lemon

Blanch the cut potatoes in boiling salted water till it's half cooked
- 4
Allow them to cool, sprinkle corn flour, mix and keep in chiller
- 5
After 1 hour take them out and deep fry in medium heat

Sprinkle salt and white or black pepper
- 7
Serve it hot with tomato sauce
