2 onion ko lamba patla kata, usme tarmaric powder, garlic paste, rice powder, red chilli,salt to taste, mix all ingredients bahut km pani me sath milate hai aur km pani me milate hai isliye ball thora sakht hi rhega, ab golden brown hone tak talte hai. That's it.

Onion se pani chut ta hai isliye jada pani me nahi milate hai. Q ke boll jada pani mila hone ke wajah se soft nahi hona chahiye.
