Boiled potatoes with 3 vessels and peal it.

Black paper, (cashew or
Peanuts ), salt and coriander leaf mix it very well. - 3
Cut Potatoes in 2 pic and cut a hole type in inner side.

Filled it with chez mixture.

Made a thick batter of wheat flour and salt. Dip filled potato from filled side.

Heat oil in a pan and drop potato fry it in golden colour on light flame.

Again heat oil in pan asafetida, cumin seeds, onion paste, ginger garlic paste fry it.

Mix tomato puri and fresh cream continue sake with spatula.

Mix water, salt added after 1 boiling. After 10 Min add in fry potatoes. Bake it minimum 10 min.

And gas off mix coiriender leaf. Served with rice, paratha, puri or nan. Garnish it with fresh cream and green Coriander.
