Ingredients

  • 3 literswater (about 3 quarts)
  • 100 gramspiloncillo (or brown sugar)
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 100 gramsprunes
  • 100 gramsdried apples
  • 100 gramsguavas
  • 100 gramshibiscus flowers
  • 100 gramstamarind pods
  • 100 gramsdried cranberries
  • 100 gramsraisins
  • 100 gramsdried peaches
  • Sugarcane strips, to taste
  • 200 gramssugar (about 1 cup)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water with cinnamon, sugar, and piloncillo (or brown sugar).

  2. 2

    Once boiling, add the remaining ingredients and boil for another 20 minutes. It's ready!
