Steps

Firstly take your besan in big bowl.and put red chilie powder,garam masala,salt, ajwain, half teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and refind oil in it.and make crums into the besan(gram flour)

Now make a dough like this

Make small and round rolls of it by pressing your palm and finger.

Now boil them for 20-30 minute.

Now cut it like this

Now Deep fry

After frying they look like this.if you want to avoid this step than ofcourse you can...because deep frying is not good for our health.

Now it's time to prepare our greavy.take a pan put some oil in it now put rest of our ginger garlic paste.and rost it well...now put our onion paste in it wait for it's golden brown colour.now put turmeric powder and tomato puree and our all spices....like this pic

Now add water and gattey in our greavy masala.consistency is completely depends on you
