Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Green Coriander chopped finely
  • Green chilli chopped
  • Onion chopped finely
  • to tasteSalt accoring
  • to tasteBlackpaper powder according
  • Butter and ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough of flour

  2. 2

    Roll the dough to small round chapati

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients and put inside the chapati rolled before then.. Rolled it again

  4. 4

    Cook it gently on hot pan adding ghee

  5. 5

    After cooked crispy paratha serve with yogurt or butter
