Ingredients

  1. Flour
  2. Green Coriander chopped finely
  3. Green chilli chopped
  4. Onion chopped finely
  5. to tasteSalt accoring
  6. to tasteBlackpaper powder according
  7. Butter and ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough of flour

  2. 2

    Roll the dough to small round chapati

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients and put inside the chapati rolled before then.. Rolled it again

  4. 4

    Cook it gently on hot pan adding ghee

  5. 5

    After cooked crispy paratha serve with yogurt or butter
