  • 1 tspGhee
  • 10-12Pista
  • 10Choti ilachi powder bana le

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle kadhai me 1 tsp Ghee dale. Jab Ghee gram ho jaye.

  2. 2

    Usme mawa add karein. Mawa ko lgatar chlate hue. Halka brown hone tak bhun le.

  3. 3

    Jab mawa halka brown ho jaye gass band kar de.

  4. 4

    Jab mawa halka thanda ho jaye usme bura, ilachi powder, piste add karein. Or ache se mix karein.

  5. 5

    Ab mawa ke pede bana le. Jab pede ban jaye pede ko ganish karein. Thanku.
