Steps

Boil the Peas. I boiled in cooker and take one whistle.

In a pan add oil and roast the Gram flour until it changes it's colour.

After roasting besan add boiled Peas. Don't mash it.

Add all spices. Mix all very well.

Turn off flame and let it cool down.

Make Paratha and serve it with curd, sweet and sour green tomato recipe.
