Ingredients

1.1 lbspizza dough (about 500 grams)
4 tablespoonsza'atar
1/2 cupolive oil (120 ml)
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese (about 100 grams)

Grease a baking sheet with oil and roll out the dough.

Mix the za'atar with olive oil, spread the mixture over the dough, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the oven.
