Parboil the rice half done and set aside

Then slice the chicken breast in strips and boil with curry powder, seasoning, salt and onions until cooked.

Then sieve out the chicken stock and pour in a pot, add the green bell pepper juice and carrot juice (blend carrot and bell pepper with little water and sieve the juice)

Then add little salt and seasoning to the stock liquid and add the parboiled rice. Then cover to cook until cooked and completely dried but not burnt

Place a pan on the heat and add little butter, then allow to heatup and add part of the par boiled chicken and stir fry for 10 seconds then add part of the vegetables and keep frying for 5 seconds.

Add part of the boiled rice and stir fry for 2minutes then pour in a clean bowl and repeat steps for remaining batch.
