Curd ko ak kapre mein baandkar sara pani nikaal de ge jisse ki curd ak dum thick ho jae.

Phir usse ak bowl mein nikaal le phir usme sare masale, bessan oil daal kar mix Karein. Ab usme mote mote cube mein cuts Karein hue paneer, capsicum or onion bi cuts karke mix Karein ache se.

Or phir frizz mein 2-3 Hours ki marinate hone rakh de.

Ab ak thali mein atta, methi, salt or oil daal kar mix Karein or dough bana le. Phir 1/2 Hours ko rest karne de.

Marinate paneer ko frizz se nikaal le.

Or oven tray ko oil se grease Karein or usme sara marinate paneer or baki bacha mixchure rakh de or 200 degree par 12-15 min tak bake Karein.

Ab tray ko bahar nikaal le. Or dough ki patli patli roti bail kar medium gas’s par dono taraf se paccha le.

Roti ko ak plate par rakh kar uspar tamater ki chutney lagaye.

Phir usspar paneer tikka lagaye or green chutney mein tori si dahi mix kar le or phir wo bi laga de.

Phir roll bana kar tooth pic laga de.

Or chutney ke sath Serb Karein.
