Ingredients

40 gramsbutter, softerned
1egg
1/2 cupfinely grated parmesan cheese
4 mediumpotatoes, chopped
415 gramstuna or salmon
4green onions, finely sliced
1 clovegarlic crushed
1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
1veg oil for shallow frying

Steps

Boil or steam potatos until tender, drain and mash with butter, egg and cheese until smooth

Add salmon (drained), onion & garlic to mixture & combine

Shape into patties & coat in breadcrumbs, Place patties on oven tray, cover and refrigerate 30 mins

Heat oil, shallow fry till golden & serve with veges
