Ingredients

30 servings
  1. 3egg whites room temp
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1 cupcastor sugar
  4. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  5. 2 tbspflour
  6. 1 1/2 cupcoconut

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven 150°C or 300°F

  2. 2

    Beat eggwhites and salt til peaks just turn over.

    Add half the sugar.Beat until peaks stand upright.

  4. 4

    Gently stir in vanilla essence.

  5. 5

    Mix together coconut, the flour, and the rest of the sugar. Fold into the egg whites

    Shape mixture on to baking tray.I line tray with baking paper.

    Bake for 20 -25 mins.

    Texture :Chewy on inside firm on outside.If you make.

  9. 9

    If you make large macaroons they will take longer to bake.
