Ingredients

1 hour
  • 1 kgamla
  • 1 1/2 kgsugar
  • 4-5elaichi powder

    Wash the amla.. Than prick all amla with help of fork

  2. 2

    Now put the water in a big pot to boil... After boiling the water add amla in it for 5 minutes.. Off the flame..... Put the lid on it..

  3. 3

    After few minutes take out the amla from the water... After dry it...

  4. 4

    Take a big vessel.. Add sugar in it.. Add water to dip the sugar... Make boil it.. After start the boil add the amla in it..

  5. 5

    At medium flame cook it..continue stir the amla... till the chashni should be thick and the colour of amla turned in brown colour...add elaichi powder...

  6. 6

    Amla Murabba is ready
