Ingredients

  1. 1flower of broccoli steamed or one boiled
  2. 2medium size onion chopped
  3. 1carrot chopped and boiled
  4. 1 bowlcoriander leaves chopped
  5. 7-8green chillies chopped
  6. 1 cupurad daal soaked overnight
  7. 2 cuprice soaked overnight
  8. Salt
  9. Water
  10. 2 TBSblack pepper powder
  11. 1 cupboiled green peas
  12. Oil or butter for uttapam

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a paste of urad daal and rice. Mix it together. Let it ferment for 4 to 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Add chopped and boiled vegies to the better. Add salt, black pepper, water as per constitancy. Mix it well.

  3. 3

    Heat a tava or dosa pan. Spread your better of veggies on it. Put oil or butter on the sides if needed. Cover it for a minute. Check weather it is cooked or not. Cook on both the sides.

  4. 4

    Serve with your own choice chatny,sambhar,rasam.
