  • 1/4 litremilk
  • 2 tspbaking

    Sieve the dry ingredients

    Add the burtter and rub in

  3. 3

    Add the sugar and then milk and knead

  4. 4

    Knead into a soft smooth dough and rest for15 mins

  5. 5

    Heat a pan with oil and deep fry rolled out shapes
