wash & pat dry chicken & cut into cubes. pre heat pan with little sunflower oil.

cut the mushrooms & onion & add to pan with oil in. in a bowl add the chicken, honey, mustard, parsley salt & pepper. once the mushroom & onion are browned add the chicken.

pre heat pan of water once boiling add the pasta. once done plate up..
