Steps

Heat a pan with oil and ghee. Put whole spices then add onion saute it minimum 2-3 minuts.

Add garlic and ginger. Add the coriander paste.stir well.

Add powder spices and mix it well.

Now pour cooked rice and mix it slowly by light hand.

Cover the pan and cooked 2-3 minutes
