Wash the carrots and grate it

Take a nonstick kadhai put ghee and grated carrots and fry it for 5 to 10 mins in medium flame.

After 10 mins add sugar mix it well.then put boiled milk mix well add cardomom powder and mix till the consistency is thick.

Lastly add milkmaid mix well for few minutes and garnish with dryfruits.

Yummy gajar ka halwa is ready.
