The green trio kachori

For kachori dough mix all the ingredients and bind a dough. Keep it aside for atleast half an hour.

For stuffing crush all the three boiled beans. Take a pan. Add oil. Heat it. Add cumin seeds and Hing. Add crushed beans.

Mix it and stair it continuesly. Add chilli and ginger paste. Mix it well. Add salt and dry mango powder. Mix it nicely till all the moisture of the stuffing dry up.

Let it cool for some time. Add coriander leaves.

Take a deep pan for frying. Add oil. Heat the oil. Roll a kachori of wheat flour and fill the stuffing. Flat it with the help of palm.

Fry it on a slow flame. When one side become golden brown then turn the kachori and let it fry till golden brown.

Remove it out when it becomes crispy. Serve it with your own choice of chutney.
