4 clovesgarlic, minced
1 tbsbarbecue spice
1 tbsbutter

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat

In a small saucepan melt butter on a low heat with minced garlic set aside

Sprinkle both sides with barbecue spice

Grill when done brush the top with garlic butter and allow to rest to 3 minutes

Enjoy it with salad
