Parboil beans with a pressure pot for 25minutes.

Wash and boil back in a normal pot,add onion,ginger,garlic and salt,boil for 10minutes.

Add crayfish,pepper and knorr seasoning.boil again for 5minutes.

Pour in red oil and cover,boil for 4minutes.stir with a wooden spartula and cover again.

Boil for minutes and the food is done.

Slice plantain,heat up vegetable oil and fry in it for 3mins.
