Ingredients

10 mintues
4 persons
  • 12idlis
  • 1 bowlchopped cabbage
  • 1/2 bowlchopped green capsicum
  • 1/2 bowlchopped onion
  • 1/4 bowlchopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 bowlchopped fresh coriander
  • salt as per taste
  • Oil to fry the idalis

Steps

10 mintues
  1. 1

    Chopped all idlies in medium size.

  2. 2

    In a frying pan, heat the oil & deep fry all the chopped idalies untill they get crispiness & turned into golden colour.

  3. 3

    In the another pan, heat 2 tbspoon oil & add ginger-garlic paste in it & saute for a minute.

  4. 4

    Then add chopped onion, cabbage & green capsicum & saute well.

  5. 5

    After a minute, add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce & salt as per taste.Mix well all the ingrediants.

  6. 6

    Lastly add the fried idalies & toss well.

  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped spring onion & coriander.

  8. 8

    Crunchy, Spicy & Tasty Idli Manchurian is ready to serve.
