Chopped all idlies in medium size.

In a frying pan, heat the oil & deep fry all the chopped idalies untill they get crispiness & turned into golden colour.

In the another pan, heat 2 tbspoon oil & add ginger-garlic paste in it & saute for a minute.

Then add chopped onion, cabbage & green capsicum & saute well.

After a minute, add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce & salt as per taste.Mix well all the ingrediants.

Lastly add the fried idalies & toss well.

Garnish with chopped spring onion & coriander.

Crunchy, Spicy & Tasty Idli Manchurian is ready to serve.
