Blanch the palak,than make paste.Take a bowl,add wheat flour,palak paste,salt and oil mix well.Than add water and make a dough.

Than roll the puri with the help of rolling pin.

Than heat a wok add oil,when the oil is heated fry the puri.

Palak puri is ready.

Phool gobi mix curry.

Serve the palak puri with phul gobi mix curry and cucumber mulli salad.
