Take tomatoes cashews ginger garlic green cardamoms cloves and 1/2cup water in a sauce pan cook till the tomatoes becomes soft then cool and grind to a smooth paste keep a side

Heat a kadai add butter then add chopped onion stir well cook till the onion become pinkish colour then add tomatoes cashews paste the mixture will splutter if there is water in it add cumin powder coriander powder red chilli powder saute this spices saute till leaving the sides of the paste then add 1 cup water stir well then add paneer sprinkle kasoori methi garam masala salt stir very well again and cook for a few minutes then add butter garnish paneer lababdar with chopped coriander serve ho
