Oil garam karein

Crushed garlic add karein. Continue stir karte hue 2 min cook karein.

Ab ginger paste add karein. Stir continues on high flame.

Now add red chilli paste made by soaked Kashmiri mirch. Also add salt as your taste. Add a cup of water in it,

Now cover it with lid and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Now check the water fully absorb and release oil from it.

Stir it. Add vinegar and soya sauce and sugar in it.

Cook for another 5 minutes. Now off the flame. Store the sauce in glass jar.
