Steps

soak the rice in 1 1/2 cups of water for 15 minutes

cut the vegetables and one tomatoes and the onion

once the rice is soak drain the water and put in the blender

blend well and put in a pan add the egg blend well just add little salt

on a deep pan add olive oil and stir fry the vegetables

blend the tomatoes and the chicken boullion add to the vegetables add 4 cups of water cover

in a big deep pan add oil medium heat star making the rice patty small

once the rice pattys are cooking put aside

15 minutes after the vegetables are being cook uncover and add the rice pattys and cover add salt to taste

cook for 30minutes makes sure you put lots of water because the rice will absorb a lot
